Josephine Farag is a senior lecturer at Cardiff Met, subject consultant and a former computer science & ICT curriculum leader, a digital & diversity lead practitioner. As a result, Josephine successfully collaborated with Senior Leaders to improve the digital & diversity systems across Wales.
She has worked in education for more than 20 years, and during that time she has learned the value of having positive relationships that make learners feel like they belong.
While pursuing her EdD at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Josephine is committed to using her newfound understanding to change education through embracing decolonizing and diversifying the computing curriculum.
