Rebecca Turner
Rebecca Turner is headteacher of Ysgol Acrefair in Wrexham. Her previous roles include headteacher of Ysgol Bro Famau (2010-2015), leadership coach for Aspiring headteachers and NPQH, New headteacher mentor and Estyn peer inspector.
As an Associate Rebecca wants to support senior leaders across Wales and to work with a diverse, highly knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate group of people to influence the future of education leadership in Wales.

Rebecca loves music and art. She plays a range of instruments including piano, flute, guitar, ukulele… She enjoys pottering in the garden but is a ‘haphazard’ style of gardener! Rebecca was brought up by the sea and is happiest at the beach. She is married and has two daughters at university. Rebecca also has an ancient Burmese cat who enjoys overseeing Zoom calls!
