Geraint Roberts
Geraint Roberts joined the National Academy for Educational Leadership as Digital Marketing and Media Executive in June 2022. His role as part of the communications team is to deliver a wide range of marketing and communication activities across the organisation’s digital platforms.
Geraint graduated from the University of Chester in 2018 with a degree in Sports Journalism and went on to become Head of Media at Llandudno Football Club. He has also worked in Hertfordshire as a local news journalist. He is a Welsh speaker and is passionate about promoting the language wherever possible.
Geraint is looking forward to helping the National Academy for Educational Leadership to become a well-known brand and name in Wales and is keen for educational leaders to make the most of the resources available to them.
Geraint is originally from Llandudno but has recently moved to Cardiff. During his free time, he enjoys watching football and supporting both Manchester United and Wales. He also plays five-a-side football and has recently started playing darts.
