Dr Martin Price
Dr Martin Price is director of Consultancy.coop LLP, a management consultancy for charities, social enterprises, and co-operatives in Wales. He is a governor at St Richard Gwyn Catholic High School in Barry and St Illtyds Catholic High School in Cardiff. His roles also include chair of the Governor Steering Group for Central South Consortium and chair of the Vale of Glamorgan School Governors Association.
Martin has held a number of senior management and leadership roles in the third sector in Wales including chair of the Institute of Fundraising Cymru and chair of Social Firms Wales.
As part of the Leadership Academy board, Martin has enjoyed helping the organisation maximise its impact in developing leaders who will make a real difference to the lives of Welsh learners and create an excellent Welsh education system.
Martin enjoys modern literature, particularly European translations and is a season ticket holder for Cardiff Blues Rugby. He is a father of five and two of his children are teachers in Wales.
