National Leadership Survey
The National Academy for Educational Leadership is asking leaders from across the education system in Wales, including schools, the youth work sector and the Post Compulsory Education & Training (PCET) sector to share their views, opinions and experiences in their first National Leadership Survey.
The results of the survey will contribute to the evidence base we are assembling to inform – and challenge – policy and practice across our system. The results will also help us to better understand how leaders currently engage with the National Academy for Educational Leadership so we can improve the way we support and develop educational leadership across Wales.
