One of our core purposes is to contribute to the development of the professional capabilities of current and aspiring leaders across the education system in Wales. We do this by providing coherence and quality assurance for a range of educational leadership development opportunities through a peer led endorsement process.
When we endorse leadership provision, we are declaring that we have confidence in the ability of the provider to develop and deliver quality. The National Academy for Educational Leadership endorsed status shows that the provider has met the endorsement criteria and the high standards that it demands of providers. It assures leaders that the provision they invest in is based on evidence of what makes effective leadership and will have a positive impact on outcomes for learners.
This page includes information about and links to the provision which is currently endorsed by the National Academy for Educational Leadership and the providers who offer this professional learning.
