Carys Jenkins is an English teacher and Senior Assistant Headteacher at Ysgol Gymraeg Gwynllyw, a 3-19 school in Pontypool. She leads on Teaching & Learning and is enjoying the challenge in these exciting times. This academic year Carys is prioritising the development of independent study among pupils and teaching is at the top of the objectives of the staff within the school.
Carys enjoys walking the mountains of Wales with her friends.
