The provision:

Middle Leadership Development

This provision offers middle leaders the opportunity to develop a wide spectrum of professional skills. The provision takes colleagues, over the course of one year, through a selection of carefully chosen processes including developing a clear understanding of effective self-evaluation, monitoring key areas, developing others through peer activities, identifying and promoting excellent practice and developing a culture of enquiry.

Making Change Stick

In recent years, a new field of study has emerged – implementation science – the study of how to bring about lasting, positive change in real-world contexts. Making Change Stick is designed for education settings and will include applying tried-and-tested tools and strategies from the ‘science of implementation’ to your context. This will include implementing a 3-year plan for an area of improvement and convert the plan into an easy-to-follow project management system.
