Exploring System Leadership

This summit on system leadership across the three nations, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, will feature Professor Alma Harris, Professor at the Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy, Cardiff Metropolitan University, renowned for her writing and research on school leadership. The event will examine shared understandings of system leadership across the three nations and offer opportunities for networking and collaboration. It will interrogate effective system leadership and its potential to drive school improvement, policy formation and enactment, and to further develop leadership capacity.
